Adam Weatherly is a Husband, Christian, Pastor, Preacher, Teacher, Graphic Designer, and Photographer.
As soon as Adam was old enough to hold a crayon his Grandpa, Jack Weatherly, started teaching him how to draw. Adam took every art class he could when he was in Junior High and High School. At the age of 13 Adam received his very first camera, a Kodak disposable camera, to take to camp. After seeing the results, he was completely sold on photography. Adam studied art and photography classes in High School under teachers Mary Beth Gilliland and Debbie Altars. He also served as the Guthrie High School Lead Sports and Event Photographer for the Newspaper and Yearbook.
After High School Adam went to Oklahoma State University at Okmulgee where received a Associates in Applied Science Degree in Graphic Design Technology, attended photography and video production classes at the University of Central Oklahoma, and obtained a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Pastoral Ministry from Central Bible College in Springfield Missouri.
After working in as an Intern at Shelton's Photography and Design, Adam has worked as a Graphic Designer and Photographer at James River Assembly in Ozark Missouri, at the Latin America Caribbean Resource and Development Ministries of the World Missions Department at the General Council of the Assemblies of God, and has done a wide variety of freelance work as a designer photographer and consultant. Adam and his wife, Bethany, are currently serving as the Student Ministries and Media Pastors of Sunset Chapel.
Adam and Bethany's goal is to become Missionaries to the International Media Ministries located in Spain. Adam also dreams of becoming a renowned photographer like the ones of National Geographic, so that he can travel the world and document what is happening for the sake of Christ to promote Jesus as Savior and World Missions.
